Bapuji First Grade College Challakere-577522 is 30 km from Chitradurga. It is located at a distance of about 202 kms. from the northwest of Bangalore on National Highway 4, in the heart of Deccan Plateau. It is connected by rail and road with all important cities and towns of the Karnataka state. This beautiful rocky green city is the seat of a famous education institution Bapuji Education Society (R), which is well known for its propagation of socio- economic, educational and religious activities not only in state but in other parts of India also.

Bapuji Education Society (R) Challakere has established in the year 1972 for providing basic education to the rural mass of chitradurga district and other parts of Karnataka.
